I saw one at a rural Walmart while traveling and caved. I probably shouldn't have, but a combination of FOMO and my old Switch showing its age (the back shell is literally crumbling like GPS if you're familiar with Transformers). It's a surprisingly nice system in terms of build quality (I love how sturdy the Joycon connection feels) and it runs my Switch games really well. Mario Kart sucks ass, though and if I didn't get the bundle, I'd be pissed. My only real complaint is that this thing is heavy as shit. They probably should've held off for a couple years and waited for the technology to get lighter and smaller because you could probably bludgeon a baby to death with this thing with minimal effort. I was also misled on the woke Miis, I thought that was part of the console setup but it wasn't so I don't mind, especially since I wasn't going to buy any of the pozzed Mii games anyway. So I apologize to all the soyboys I offended, I was wrong about this thing, it's pretty great.
You need to look into weightlifting if you think the switch 2 is anywhere near heavy. The steam deck is significantly heavier but a 13 year old can carry it with ease. Literally less than 2 pounds according to Google. You should be able to carry it with 1 hand with complete ease.

Man, Nintendo must have fucked up mk world pretty badly, the online lobbies are barren rn
Because of the latest update, it's becoming a meme in Japan to call the game Mario Kart Wilds, in reference to Monster Hunter.

I don't keep up with Monster Hunter so I don't understand the comparison. Did it also have some sort of major fuck-up or something?

To be honest, I'm not actually one to ask about that either since I don't play Monster Hunter. But from what I understand, yeah a lot of MH fans were pissed at Wilds because it ran like shit on everything but maybe a cutting-edge PC and had a lot of issues making the game too easy and less fun to play, and apparently had a lot of cutscenes and boring walk-and-talk sections to make the game more "cinematic" which is completely unwanted in Monster Hunter and gets in the way of actually playing the game.

People jumped off of it because it was too dumbed down, I think. Whatever the reason the game has had a huge collapse in daily log-ons for what is supposed to be a semi-live service title.

TL;DR
Game was too easy, the tutorial lasted 20 hours with like 12 of those hours being cinematics (both cutscenes and walk n talk exposition corridors, the latter of which could not be skipped), utterly barren in terms of content, it launched borderline unplayable despite practically looking like a switch game, and the performance only got worse with each update.

EDIT: I forgot to mention, content updates have been an absolute CRAWL for it compared to world and rise, and usually aren't worth the performance drops they inevitably bring.

I've heard Knockout Tour doesn't have that issue. Have you checked those out?
It's just cope from nintentards. KT has only 8 courses online. The game world has the potential to generate millions, maybe billions, of different routes for the Knockout Tour, but the game only allows you to pick 8 pre-defined tracks.

This game is the epitone of retarded decisions. I can't understand what kind of expired crack these japs smoked while developing this game.

Considering how Monster Hunter fans are, it must mean that they love it immensely even though it is actually complete shit.

Someone on Reddit found the price changes being made to Nintendo Switch Online in Canada and, to the surprise of no one, it’s being increased.

Basic Individual Membership
  • 1 month: from $4.99 to $5.99
  • 3 month: from $9.99 to $11.99
  • 12 month: from $24.99 to $29.99
Basic Family Membership
  • 12 months: from $44.99 to $49.99
+ Expansion Pack Individual Membership
  • 12 month: from $63.99 to $69.99
+ Expansion Pack Family Membership
  • From $99.99 to $109.99
I’m honestly not too surprised by the price increase NSO’s getting but we’ll have to wait a month for the real meat of Nintendo’s announcement.

In before you have to suck Doug Bowser 's cock and pay 20 bucks to get new Mario game that only has one level on it. You have to pay 500 dollars to get a new console to get the rest of the game.
