It is a bit of both. Many saw that it sucked and the rest hated everything surrounding it as well as its quality.
 
Pokemon Company reporting 5.8 million copies of Z-A sold, half on Switch 2. This launch doesn't really make sense to me, but big N seems to be doing it somehow.

Not using an adblocker in this day and age seems like some institutionally mentally unwell behavior. Whenever I have to use my school's computer and I get a tiny taste of the outright cancer farted into the either of the online space I get physically ill. Every ad features either all niggers or interracial jewry, or some manner of gross-out material or sportsball. That's like 99% of it. Cross posting from the Pirate Software thread. But I just found out that Run N Game Entertainment is a Pirate Software glazer fan. Explains why his videos felt like a mini Pirate Software but for PalWorld News. Is there no honest Nintendo fan that criticize Nintendo without turning into a grifter? Feels like the only one that hasn’t jump into the Nintendo hate grift train is YongYea and he’s a clown of a different caliber. But at least doesn’t make one billionaire videos on Nintendo every day of the week.

I knew something felt off when I saw that website (that he probably vibe coded at this point) and the "ways to protest" were basically being as unlikable as possible the moment someone said something even slightly Nintendo related, joining hugboxes the moment you went past the obvious "Don't be a niggercattle" that you should expect from a boycott. Do you know where in that followup video where he addmited he was in it for the grift?

The fact that going on cam and yelling "Nintendo is Hitler incarnate" for over 10 minutes is instant algorithm bait (albeit of Nintendo's own doing with how lawsuit happy they are) can net you a guaranteed audience of retards that can't let go of thier childhoods and cry that "NINTENDO DIED WITH IWATA" despite him kickstarting every bad thing about Modern Nintendo and being the only reason Game Freak even exists today despite that'll stay for the next ragebait video sounds like the easiest way to make it big on Youtube even if you have to make a bunch of shit up like with the Palworld lawsuit because there's no big news comming out about it.

Does the switch 2 get better performance if you intentionally put it at 1080p in the settings and play it on a 1080p monitor? I'm not playing any demanding games, but I feel like the whole upgrade to 4k just isn't worth the cost of the extra monitor hardware and I haven't tried 4k, so I'm not used to it yet. I'm kind of happy with how snappy everything feels compared to the switch 1 and I'd rather have that over a laggy 4k experience. I still have my wii hooked up and play it occasionally and I do notice how terrible it looks going from 1080p to 480p. I have not given into the whole "expansion pass" to play games you already own in higher resolution bullshit yet, as I am not paying a subscription service for a game I already own and can play.
