What is the cut-off point for anyone? I think that someone should pay for games that they believe they will and have the money for it. I could buy a game and get 1.000 hours of fun, does that make it not worth it? I mean, sure, if the game costs 70$ and provides one with 10$ worth of fun, it would not be worth it but if it provided 70$ worth of fun then it would be. He is saying that the games he bought the S2 are worth it for the money he spend on the system and games. How can anyone tell him that he did not have as much fun as he feels he had? You might not have had the same amount of fun with those same games but that does not mean others will not enjoy them a lot. There are games that are universally agreed to be bad but there are also no games that are universally agreed to be good. I have bought acclaimed games that while they were good, they were not very fun for me. Does that mean I had more fun than I feel like I did? No, it does not. People's tastes differ. One's GOTY is another's slop. Please, see that not everyone will have the same experience you had with every game and be ok with that. I tried to so to some of my friends Monty Python and The Holy Grail once and while most liked it, two did not. It happens.

No online mii sharing is annoying since you'll have to use tutorials or try to replicate another persons mii, and they'll always start with the default room, but its not a deal breaker for me. No singing, and making a bunch of "forbidden" words would be though. In the 3ds I would make them say 'came' 'fahk' 'niger' 'fahg.' I would heavily prefer body type A/B’s tiptoeing around the question of gender as opposed to Nintendo explicitly and openly treating nonbinary and gay like perfectly natural things in their E for Everyone children’s game.

I am saying that the question, even as a hypothetical, has too many factors. What is his income? His taste in games? What if he goes through financial hard times? What if Nintendo does not produce as many games he likes? What if Nintendo gets really greedy? What if they course correct? No one thinks there TRULY is no upper limit in what they will pay but this does not change that the answer he gave you was taking the foreseeable future into account. He can only give you an answer based on how things are going right now. Who knows? Maybe Nintendo will do something that makes him say "enough is enough" and stop buying their games. For now, that has not happened yet.
