No, the president can’t just revoke pardons - What Trump is doing is evil and wrong

Not only should this auto pen nonsense be null, and void, but if you’re gonna pardon somebody, the whole thing should have to be handwritten by you.

Same thing should go for bills in Congress, the author of the bill should have to hand write the entire thing. Bet we wouldn’t get any more 3000 page bills then.

This weakens the power of the presidential pardon which is a good thing in the long term. I suspect that the Democrats will find a way to exploit this more effectively than the Republicans unless Trump picks a god-tier successor.

No it does not. Trump is not arguing the Constitutionality of the pardons in the sense of whether or not you can repeal them. Trump is arguing they are not pardons at all because Biden didn't sign for them.

An auto-pen is a physical machine you put a pen into that signs a paper. Someone presses a button on the machine and it signs for them. Biden was not present in the White House at the time. He did not sign those Presidential Pardons. We currently have multiple instances where Biden claims he did not sign or know about bills he signed. That's why Biden would constantly have these moments of "lucidity" where he would hear about something he passed and go "What? That's insane." because he legitimately did not sign them and did not know about them. Anyone could have accessed this machine at any time. Dozens of people could've had access to this room. The argument Trump is making is there Biden didn't know about the pardons and therefore they aren't pardons because they weren't made by the President and aren't signed by the President.

I disagree. It opens the pathway for questioning the validity of pardons if it cannot be proven that a president signs each one in person. If this goes through, the Democrats will be able to use it against Republican presidents. The accusation does not even need to be true. Doubt is sufficient and if the validity of a presidential pardon cannot be trusted fully from the moment it is issued, that weakens presidential pardons as a whole.

Again, the truth does not matter. The precedent has been set that presidential pardons can be questioned and revoked if a convincing argument is made.

Here's the thing in order for someone to be poignant or commuted it has to have been a crime that had been committed or that they have been charged with you cannot pardon some 1 your crime they have yet to commit or have been charged with and Mark Millie objectively committed treason and should be hanging from a noose along with most of the high command of the US melty
