That's not really what happened. Basically waggly pmed him with a warning and Nutudu decided not to reply to that specific pm for some reason and just pmed a single other mod to claim he wouldn't do it again, so that's why he's banned now.

Essentially wagglys gone mad with power and I say this with the utmost respect. But I never listen to mods, I seriously have them all on my ignore list, and neither should you.
