A megathread is useless as the same questions would get asked over and over and developments would be lost in the shuffle while Mr. Potatohead himself still gets the attention. At most I think a post requirement as mentioned by some people before would work.
 
@AnOminous is just being salty because he doesn't want to moderate the forum. Just forum ban any user that makes you want to "NUKE THIS FORUM". it's not that tough.
 
I see no reason to end the status quo. Let ratings sort the unfunny posters out and otherwise I'd change nothing. I will however admit that Phil isn't nearly as funny as he used to be. His posts are pretty much all the same, he doesn't make videos, and he mostly just spergs about nothing.

Someone touched on it earlier, but I think it's a case of placing the onus on an external source rather than an internal one, and the actual issue at hand might be a disinterest/annoyance to moderating the forum itself.
 
I agree with the nuke. Sure, he'll feel like he won, but he'll quickly realize it's an empty victory when his last fanbase is gone.

Cops are terrible and while I wouldn't be surprised if they brushed him off, from personal experience and anecdotal evidence his primary complaint should be the wait time to see them in either going to the station to file a complaint or having them sent to a residence to do the same. In the states I've been in you can file a complaint for lesser things than Phil has said. It's advisable to do so. A complaint, which can be filed for next to nothing, adds to your case should it ever come down to you having to beat the shit out of someone, especially in a major city where you can still be jailed despite acting in self defense. It seems like he just read the forums and repeated some shit instead of picking up the phone and calling his local prescient. Why can't we just make fun of him too?
 
Phil is never going to stop doing embarrassing, stupid things whether we're watching or not, so we might as well watch. As for losing our attention hurting him I'd have to think no. He'd celebrate for a day or two before seamlessly placing someone or something else in the role of "The source of everything I don't like."
 
What is he gonna do then?
He is just like North Korea in his threats: they never come to fruition and they both end up running away with their tails between their legs.

No he'd be pissing off other randos. He only does half the retarded shit he does because we pay attention to it. He's utter shit. He doesn't deserve the level of attention we reserve for true and honest lolcows like Chris.

It is seriously all he has in common with his superiors like Chris at this point that he has a whole subforum here now. He should be demoted.
