Maybe I want to believe this more than it can be done, can't there be some kind of pseudo entity, like a social version of an LLC? There has to be some kind of loophole to either insulate him or create some kind of barrier of bureaucracy in which work involved proving actual ownership or even identity of the content creation would outweigh the gain in de-platforming?

I'm just thinking out loud here. What if a content creator named "Moshua Conner Joon" with an indistinguishable voice (who also never mispronounced "over" as "erver") set up an account under an LLC? The enemies of free speech would catch on eventually between dilation sessions, yes. But next month an entirely unrelated content creator with a completely different name/LLC/voice.

Didn't this same concept happen with Piratebay? The feds literally gave up trying to prosecute what they declared open intellectual property theft operating in plain sight on the clear net as they couldn't dedicate the resources neccisary to effectively stop it?

There really isn't anything anyone can do if you buy a gift card cash and just send Josh the info on legally purchased pre-loaded card paid with cash. I'd be fucking shocked if anyone could even slow that process down or track it prior to the funds being utilized. If you don't like checks or crypto it's very easy to support the sight without even having an actual bank account using this method.

As far as I know nothing stopping you from sending him XMR as it's still anonymous, at least as I type this.

this is of course a lie but as others have said banks and all things connected to them are run by cowards. they also have no real reason to care. so what if one guy cant make money? there are plenty of other people who are less of a risk. its because of this way of thinking i firmly believe the only way null will be free to make money and do anything else he is banned from doing is with the passage of a law or by using their own rules against them.

I don't think it was one incident. Rather, a combination. What I remember is that he lost his credit cards around the Vordrak shit, then Stripe and the other smaller niggers post Drop Kiwi Farms. There is a line of people fucking with Josh and the site, and a second line that directly correlates with him losing access to banks and payment processors.
