These platforms don't allow you to send money to dear feeder but they do allow you to send money to:

-mrbeast (hires and works with pedos, abuses contestants, threatens anyone who speaks out)

That and the people running these companies are cowards.
I know that sounds dismissive, but from what we saw when shit first started going down, no one wanted to say "No, that's retarded." and put a stop to it. The people pulling the strings knew their bosses were unlikely to notice, or were so out of touch they wouldn't understand, and anyone else who saw the Wikipedia page or whatever could easily be convinced to take things down.

All these people think they're "the resistance" or a bastion of enlightenment, but in reality they're the ones who would have ratting out "witches" to the authorities.

Might be worth at this point writing your local reps including all the screenshots Josh provided of his denials and haults. Don't mention the forum directly . Talk about small conservative voices if they're a Republican rep. If they're a dem talk about uh idk small upcoming passionate young voices. Mention the OCC and getting the fair access rule unpaused.

it is actually astounding just how blacklisted null is. do we know what the exact thing that did it is? because i doubt this is troon related shockingly enough. my guess is that somebody or multiple people were using the ban in new zealand as proof that null and this website support or encourage terrorists and mass shooters so by allowing null to get money they are essentially funding a terrorist and because of this anyone that supports KF or null can and will be held accountable.

this is of course a lie but as others have said banks and all things connected to them are run by cowards. they also have no real reason to care. so what if one guy cant make money? there are plenty of other people who are less of a risk. its because of this way of thinking i firmly believe the only way null will be free to make money and do anything else he is banned from doing is with the passage of a law or by using their own rules against them.

null himself said he is probably on the match list and blamed himself for New Project 2 getting taken down, explicitly saying it had nothing to do with Dick's love of cuties or his friends all being pedos. Of course now he finally admits PPP was right about it being all dick's fault, but i do suspect some tranny in some banking thing just decided to fuck up Josh's day, they debanked the president's wife and got away with it, TPTB barely pay attention to what their underlings do, apparently the match list or debanking powers have as few safeguards as running a subreddit and the same weird fuck is in charge of both.

The original Fair Access rule was a Trump 1.0 direct response to the de-banking of conservatives/libertarians, gun shops, etc under Obama, and Biden killed it since his side was the one doing the de-banking. So it wouldn't surprise me to see it revived under Trump 2.0.

It sounds like the problem isn't the banks or the payment processors, but the payment networks.
I google decentralized payment network and the first result i get is Wirex. Why doesn't something like that work?

While the payment networks may not be directly regulated by the OCC (I think it's a mix of the Federal Reserve & FTC), they partner heavily with banks, and if the Fair Access rules tell banks to stop blacklisting non-criminals for financial services, those banks' legal/compliance staffs are going to immediately flag similar behaviour by payment networks as a risk, and likely put pressure & attention on them.

Telling customers & regulators "we're denying the same services to the same people as before the rule, but it's totally out of our hands" is not a position the banks want to be in. And as for payment processors, even if they aren't under the OCC's jurisdiction (and if they have banking activities they might be), there's still risk in drawing their attention & ire, so they'll have to balance that against...placating tranny/JDL pressure groups?

Unlikely it's related to anything "terrorism".

Government Sanctions/Embargo/DO NOT TRADE lists must be publicly accessible. Businesses and individuals have to be made aware of who they are unable to trade with.
Otherwise, if governments try to prosecute for sending money to hostile entities "how the fuck was I supposed to know?" is a legitimate defence.

Josh is not on the Australian list.

If Josh was on the US sanction list, he'd currently be sitting in Club Fed.

My guess is that he is on some internal financial list we don't have access to and/or his name is blacklisted on a background checking system that we cannot see.

It only takes one employee at any of these firms to add his name as "SUS!" and then his reputation is ruined.
