There are several different ways of looking at it. In Pinochio the Pleasure Island effect happened because the kids spent all their time playing around and vandalizing the park rather than educating themselves or developing character; so they became pack mules. It was an allegory to show what happened to children who did so in real life. Never being educated or developing character created adults who would waste their wealth and be forced into manual labor. Similarly, spending all your time on a single lolcow while hampers your development and slowly starts to expose the cow in you. If you are spending all your time thinking about what CWC or another cow is doing, you are not really moving forward in life, are you?

That is exactly right. It is not obeme's website that is the material. It is his total obsession with a null and his refusal to live his life outside of this site.

Obamatron routinely spends hours copying chatlogs wishing for people to get frustrated at him. He spent months sifting through Nulls posts on a minecraft site for precious scraps on Nulls identity. He spends hours on 8 chan trying to get people interested in info about Null, Katsu, or RR. He spends what some people would consider his most precious years (age 14-16) doing all of this.

We could tell him to go out and enjoy his teen years, but he would never listen to us. Now Obeme has gotten exactly what he wants a 12 thread full of the attention of adults, while his summer is vanishing around him. He can never get any of this back and will likely regret these years, if he has any awareness at all.

That is what is so interesting about him. So much golden level effort and talent all for a completely worthless brass ring of attention.

I could not agree more. Did @OBAMATRON , null, or @Valiant ever tell you about their collective Starbound experience?

When Obamatron was banned, Null and Valiant decided to play starbound together via a shared server. They talked about it and were interested in it and finally they did it. Guess who shows up right when they enter? Obamatron.

How would he have known about this event and shown up right when they entered? Simple, Obamatron literally spent day and night under the cloak of tor sitting and watching chat for days possibly over a month on end; just to ambush them in a videogame. Now that is extraordinary dedication. That is also very sad and pathetic.
