"Outrageous Shrek was a Shrek SuperSlam side tournament held at the Outrageous Smash Super Smash Bros. tournament in Lancaster, UK. It is one of the largest Shrek SuperSlam tournaments to date.
Outrageous Shrek contributed to the banning of Red Riding Hood in the official ruleset due to Tunes, who had only been playing the game for a single day, upsetting established Slammer Dan Soup to take first place. Tunes reset the bracket in finals by 3-0ing Dan Soup at which point Dan Soup forfeited the tournament, taking second place. Dan Soup proceeded to quit the scene announcing "I'm done" on the ShrekUK Facebook group but later announced he would still be involved with the scene in a post on Shrekboards."

info on this: the person running that site was a user, meatpie, from the old ogrish forums (preliveleak e/n site that's now just a closed forum) who was banned multiple times from that site, and ended up going off to make his own.

Nowhere near as weird as some of the other sites in this thread, but I'm kind of impressed at the staying power of the sperg behind it. Claims to have had a Cammy themed site for over 20 years at this point. Last updated January 2017, meaning I'm not gonna bother archiving any of the content, though there's quite a few dead links at this point.

What's odd is that I swear I recently saw another Cammy-themed fan site with an equally impressive 1998 look, but completely different content.
