Isn't the Heracles series a long-running thing going back to the Famicom or so?![]()
Went in expecting a shitty low budget shitty jrpg, got a surprisingly pretty darn good low budget jrpg. Never heard anyone talking about this game ANYWHERE, even in jrpg forums, etc

I think I heard about them in one of the 2oth anniversary retrospectives on the console, and it stuck out to me they used Heracles instead of Hercules.I had no idea it was but according to wikipedia it is. The previous games never left Japan so it's not surprising nobody has any idea they exist.
Regardless if you liked the game or not, can you name a game so unknown that you suspect nobody else on the thread will have also played it?
Bonus points if you indeed have played one of these games.
Limiting rule: You have to had played it yourself. You need not have finished it.
Mine, is "Nox". A 2000 isometric fantasy RPG by Westwood studios (RIP), whom are more well known for the Command & Conquer games. It had the misfortune of being released around the same time as motherfucking Diablo 2... so naturally it got obliterated in the market.
I had fun with it, though I never finished it.

I REMEMBER PLAYING THAT!Amulets & Armor, a weird Daggerfall clone but with mission-based dungeon crawler gameplay instead of a sandbox.

Holy hell, I didn't know there was a sequel to Odell Lake! Also I've played Odell's Down Under (An education game where you play as a fish and eat other fishes) that would count as obscure
Disney's Extreme Skate Adventure. I've never met someone else who played it.
It was basically a Tony Hawk game with Disney characters, and by-god, the soundtrack was fantastic.![]()
