Obscure game you have played - What have you played that you think, maybe, nobody else here has played?

I really like Rare's Pinbot though my Mom always bitched about the sexy robot on the title screen.

When I was a kid (before people knew they could eat eggs), I played the shit out of Boomtown, a post-apocalyptic survival simulator that ran on DOS, with the fanciest of CGA graphics.

I remember being surprised this game had Stephen Spielberg working on it

It's also surprisingly good for it's time as an FMV point and click game. And has these segments where you go into a sewer and it's reminiscent of Doom.

also runs horribly on modern systems

I think Pin*Bot on the NES was the first licensed videogame recreation of a real pinball machine, albeit with some extra hazards not possible on the actual table, although I could be wrong. Rare later did High Speed, also based on a Williams pinball machine.

I actually have played Pin*Bot in real life, although most of my experience is with the simulated version included with Pinball Hall of Fame: The Williams Collection on Playstation 2. It holds up well for a 1980s pinball machine.

I remember being about 3 playing this game on my cousin's gameboy. I couldn't read so I had no clue what was going on for half of it, but I eventually beat it. All I remembered about it was that among the first games I ever played was a Mickey Mouse game about a beanstalk. I can't even find a rom for it.

Anyone remember Ruse, by the guys who would later go on to make the Wargame Series?

Was a fun little RTS, with the idea being you could use various "intelligence" tricks to wage war with the enemy, such as fake armies, making units completely invisible in a sector (normally the enemy could see SOMETHING was there, just not what), and so on.

Unfortunatly due to licensing issues, it's not for sale anywhere anymore except for shady keysellers, but despite that Ubisoft has kept the servers running 7 years later, and there' still a decent 1-300 people playing it depending on time of day.

I used to own that game for the Sega Genesis and a few other Disney ones. I may even still own it and it's in storage somewhere.

Mickey Mania on the Genesis, Sega CD, and Super Nintendo had a Mickey and the Beanstalk level.

OK, OK, I got in, actually bought this on Steam and yes I played it...a 1996 game called Bad Mojo. It's this weird puzzle game where this guy is about to run out of town with stolen money and he turns into a cockroach.

So way back in the day, back when we got our second computer (and our very first with a color monitor) my sister and I used to play this platforming game called Crystal Caves. It's a space-themed platformer where your goal is, surprise, to collect every crystal in the level. I don't remember it being too bad, but it was a long time ago so maybe I just forgot. I don't expect it to be completely unknown, but I don't expect it to be any given game from the Microsoft Entertainment Packs either.

Well, since I am a greedy loser, I guess I'll start posting any obscure games I play on my Youtube Channel...

I played a lot of BBS door games when I was a kid. Lunatics and Death Masters were my favorites.

I remember playing LORD 2 and finding some injured kid and I was given the option to kill him, which I did out of curiosity. I felt terrible about it for weeks.

Edit: Oh yeah Cannons And Catapults. That one was great.

Oh I forgot but I played this too

Holy shit I remember that.

Takes me forever to remember the name of this one, but for some reason, we had this PC game:

I only remember this because of the front room with the grandfather clock and thirteen keyholes, and one of the random monsters used to freak me out, though the scare chord whenever one showed was what was seared into memory.

We also had a Land Before Time Activity Center (demo CD-ROM though), and the best part about it was the maze game despite it being glitchy.
Autistic as hell, but it's the only footage I can find of this.

And for the Nintendo 64:
