Celtic Frost/Triptykon has always provided exceptionally dark misanthropic lyrics tinged in Occult/Satanic themes

While a desensitized person would probably find this not that offensive, I could imagine something like this being offensive to a certain majority of people who have faith.

Death Metal Scene
Offensive to: Peace, Feminism, & Christianity
Black Metal in particular had hatred for Religion, a lot of Death Metal just has a hatred for peace lyrically.
Of course a lot of Death Metal bands have pretty regular people making the music, who have families, jobs, & do other stuff besides being brutal on the mic.
But there has been an underlying Misogyny to the scene, with greasy guys in cargo shorts wanting that one hot goth chick, & bands outright committing sex crimes (Decapitated).
And it’s no surprise with songs like She Never Noticed Me by Vehemence, Stripped Raped and Strangled by Cannibal Corpse, and everything by the band Meat Shits with their album Violence Against Feminist Cunts.
It’s no wonder why it is full of incel chuds that will endlessly dickride Morbid Angel and Chris Barnes-era Cannibal Corpse.

Unfortunately the DM and BM scenes are a little pozzed.

I cannot take fans of Black/Death Metal seriously. I assume it's just people that never grew out of the "I hate you dad, I don't want to go to church!" phase.
