I just like hearing weird stories about aliens and ghosts. I didn't listen to the right wing nutjobbery episodes after I figured out that Jones was a fraud. The show always acted like every guest or caller was real, even the guy who claimed to be over Area 51.

I think you missed a large part of the purpose of the show. Even Art didn't buy all the shit his guests and callers said, but he strongly believed in at least listening to the fantastic ideas. His Al Belek (sp?) episode about the Philadelphia Experiment is probably one of the best examples of a fucking lunatic telling an absolutely insane story and Art subtly not buying a single bit of it but letting him speak. I think on that one the callers even called out Al's story as nonsense and Art deftly avoided picking any sides.

It's not about believing all of the guests or callers, it's about hearing what they have to say so long as they are respectful. This is why Art made it a point not to screen his calls.

But yeah I was mostly there for the crazy stories, halloween eps are still some of my faves even though it's like 90% people calling in with obvious bullshit stories and 10% mistaking something for a ghost.

I don't even know how to describe "them", but they've been at it for at least as long as I've been alive and it really needs to be called out. It's the people who propose the changes, the people who adopt the changes to be progressive, and the people who "formally" implement them whether it be on wikipedia or any online dictionary.

Now they need to either submit to an investigation or live with the ever-growing allegations of cheating. If they don't address it now, they're normalizing the idea of widespread voter fraud, which will bite them on the ass in 2024 and every subsequent election after that. Because the goal of lawsuits isn’t to win; it’s to poison the well so Biden will always be seen by millions of Trump supporters as having won through fraud. The USPS employee from Erie, Pennsylvania just recanted his allegations today.

Trump is on a straight losing streak with every lawsuit being thrown out because they’re meritless.

Already, I’m seeing Trump supporters saying stuff like “Even if there’s no fraud proved, I’ll always believe that Biden won by fraud.”

Oddly, Trump doesn’t have a problem with mail ballots in Ohio or Florida where he won.
