Not gonn lie, I kinda want to see the secret service dragging his ass out of the white house.

Will be the first time this would happen on national tv.

I sincerely doub that will happen. Trump even confirmed himself once all legal recourses are exhausted he will concede. Not before probably telling everyone how cowardly the SCOTUS was for refusing to even hear the case brought forward by Texas and several other states. The media will paint him as a cry baby and in his stead will draw pictures of him being dragged out of the White House, despite him already leaving.

Hasn’t that already come to pass?

He will never "concede." He will voluntarily vacate the White House on January 20th, but he will insist to his dying day that he won the 2020 election.

So he’s going to be Stacey Abrams. Seems some Democrats will want him to be executed in Minecraft. For whatever reason they can find because it’ll be the only way to shut him up in Minecraft .

And if by a small chance he runs again and the even smaller unlikely chance he wins that won he’ll still insist he won and claim it’s his third term. Especially if he loses that one.

Now it's really over.

The Wisconsin Supreme Court's decision on the challenges related to irregularities in absentee ballots: https://legalinsurrection.com/wp-co...isconsin-Supreme-Court-Opinion-12-14-2020.pdf

The minority opinions are scathing of the majority. I was sceptical of laches when I heard it being used as a reason to not adjudicate on issues (I'm a lawyer in another common law country and it didn't make sense to me in this context when I first heard of it - yeah laches relates to delay in bringing an action but I found the notion of its technical requirements being made out here odd), and the dissentients articulate all the reasons why it's peculiar and a pretty transparent dodge.

Maybe they should appeal to the SCOTUS.

Oh, wait.
