Republicans aren't taking the House, and there's a pretty good chance they lose the Senate.

They more or less will retain the senate if Joe Biden wins. At this point, to take the Senate Dems need to win two runoffs in Georgia.

The House will be razor tight and will most likely flip in 2022, considering Republicans retain majority control of redistricting. MO even voted to undo the redistricting amendment from two years ago.

How was Michigan (a swing state with three times the population) able to get all of their votes recorded by last night but somehow Nevada takes all yesterday off to prepare for this morning's announcement and were only able to count a couple thousand votes during that time?

The entire fate of the election looks like it might be hinging on this state but they're sitting around with their hands in their pants saying "maybe we'll get the results out by the 12th lol" while the country is on the verge of breaking out into mass chaos.

How was Michigan (a swing state with three times the population) able to get all of their votes recorded by last night but somehow Nevada takes all yesterday off to prepare for this morning's announcement and were only able to count a couple thousand votes during that time?

Different states have different resources and vote counting laws and voting laws. The mail in ballots are really what's doing it.

Pennsylvania, for example, couldn't start counting early ballots before election day (due to the retarded Republican state legislature). Because of this, irregular ballots slow them down a lot. If they had been able to count before, they'd have been able to resolve it before and we'd know already.

This was intentional by Trump and the Republicans to make the election results look fishier. The states, before the election, said this would be the case because of said laws.

They have to wait for all the mail to come in, plus they aren't good at dealing with the huge surge of mailed ballots. They also have set rules defined by their government that they must operate during certain hours. This normally wasn't a big deal until this year with Covid-19. The system needs to be changed. I think they weren't expecting to be one of the few states that will make or break the race.
