Bush v Gore got done Dec 11, so it may be a while for this to get settled. Especially if you have some districts attempting to take in new votes after election day as many Dems wanted to do.

They're still counting votes and updating in PA. Biden is not really gaining on Trump, it keeps fluctuating between ~620,000 and ~700,000 Trump lead over the last hour. Biden needs to do better than this, mail ballots are almost everything that's being counted now
