Pennsylvania stopped counting votes hours ago because it was becoming more obvious Trump would win before they got to the mail ins.

I'm just not sure that they have less than half the mail in ballot ratio than Arizona. It wouldn't make any sense.
I don't believe, for one second that they haven't counted some mail-ins, at least.

It just moved. In Biden's favor but it moved after Trump's speech there. Perhaps that actually taunted the other states into counting the votes again.

Trump was down by 200k with 75% of the vote counted after the mail-ins but with no in-person votes counted. Now he's down 130k with 80% of the vote counted (using Fox's stats). At this rate, their early call for the Dems is going to be a giant mistake.

They're still counting votes and updating in PA. Biden is not really gaining on Trump, it keeps fluctuating between ~620,000 and ~700,000 Trump lead over the last hour. Biden needs to do better than this, mail ballots are almost everything that's being counted now
