I get the feeling he has the attitude that he deserves another 4 years simply because Obama, Bush, and the majority of U.S. presidents got a second term. I think a loss in 2020 would cement him at least in his own mind as a loser regardless of the miraculous victory he pulled off in 2016. Ballots are only sent to the people who requested them, and they have to be posted at a certain date. Thereby you know exactly how many you're supposed to have, and they can't start showing up after the polls are closed.

Now they've shotgunned it towards every citizen, even the recently deceased, and opened up for votes showing up 72 hours after polls closed
