This basically means that if neither Trump nor Biden achieve a majority, which I assume means 270, the House of Representatives will collectively have one vote to their state which will ultimately determine who is president, and I believe the majority of the Supreme Court happen to be constitutionalists, and the majority in the House of Representatives are currently Republican.
