The PA Supreme Court decision was pretty awful, though (at least when coupled with the fact that anyone who challenged the law beforehand had their suit thrown out because no harm had yet been suffered), so I get why people would at least try the Supreme Court on that one. The PA SC could have done more to put up a front of legitimacy while not being too disruptive if it had heard the suit and granted the minimum relief possible. Or maybe it wasn't possible to fashion relief that wouldn't have been the cause of huge turmoil, I haven't thought it through - but if that's the case, well, it probably should have just happened anyway - the argument as to unconstitutionality was pretty iron-clad.
Laches is a real thing, dude. It's a perfectly legitimate ground to deny a lawsuit, and in fact was by far the biggest hurdle to this case.

Rumor has it that Cruz is willing to represent to the SC because he's afraid that he's gonna lose re-election and wants the Trump cult behind him. The other rumor is that the Texas AG, who is under FBI investigation btw, wants a pardon from Daddy before he leaves the WH so he's kissing ass right now
There would be no better poetic justice than if SCOTUS absolutely humiliates Cruz either in oral arguments or in the decision, given his legal pedigree and all the bullshit he peddles about being a Constitutional conservative. I still think this stunt helps him on balance electorally, but seeing this wretched little lizard get BTFO by legal minds on both sides of the aisle would be orgasmic. It's a shame we don't televise SCOTUS proceedings.

This whole shitshow reminds me of how old I am and how for many Trumpers this is Babby's First Election. They are rapidly overtaking SJWs in entitled snowflake status. Ive been through enough elections and had candidates that I voted for lose and the only other time I saw this utterly insane screeching was from SJWs when Trump won.

Take off the MAGA hats and put on the Pussy Hats.

They could republish this cartoon, just by changing the donkey to an elephant, Trump to Biden and Russia to Fraud Election

Ever since the Georgia video things have moved squarely into the “Take this to court.” sphere. It isn’t insane screeching when something like that comes up. The officials may have made statements countering the video but a courthouse is the only cure.

Also you’re dead wrong on another point, Russia would be changed the China, not Fraud Election. Remember the point was that another country allegedly interfered with the 2016 election, after all.

Problem with that is, if the election was rigged against you, you don't really have a shot in hell of getting anywhere by appealing to the very same establishment that almost had to be complicit with dicking you over in the first place.

God, I'm starting to sound like the mouth breathers who screeched "Trump is a fucking fascist Nazi who is trying to install himself as dictator for life! REEE! The only way to remove him is to line up in a calm, organized and socially distanced manner and cast ballots to vote him out of office." Call it denial or cope, or maybe I'm just a retard who spends too much time getting drunk and skimming thedonald.win, I don't even know anymore.

I'm not old enough to remember the 60s but the people who are don't seem all that shook by any of this. 9/11 and the aftermath was my first real "holy shit" moment and the hysteria following that was probably worse than coof. 2000 election was pretty much this IIRC, but Bush/Gore was pre-911 and obviously neither came close to Trump's theatrics so people weren't so riled up about it.

The catch-22 of Laches -> It's Too Late! would be plenty more damning if it was all the more. The PA legislature would have to explain why it didn't pass legislation to undo the PASC's decision for one - being told they had no standing due to a lack of damages to make a case wouldn't prevent them from explicitly legislating the move out.

It's also that much of the damages are hypothetical - "we can never really know how much fraud there was or was not, but doesn't this make it totally possible that some fraud may have happened? Isn't it theoretically possible that lots and lots of fraud has occurred? With such a possibility, we have to annul the vote." Their attempts in the lower courts with what paltry testimony they gave (most of their sworn affidavits were used in fucking committee hearings, which do fuckall but let you grandstand on a camera) and with the IRREFUTABLE!!!! video """""""evidence""""""" tended to get chucked because it was a case built on hearsay and conjuecture, with theoretical damage - and which fell apart once the defendants explained items of the videos and the testimonies.

Notwithstanding that most of the "DAMNING PROOF!" was conjecture, to which one could provide a plausible explanation that was itself conjecture - so was it any surprise that when an election official provides an official explanation, the plaintiff's response was largely either to ignore it and push on or to say "they're lying"?

"All those other cases the FAKE NEWS MEDIA say I lost... never knew them, never heard of them. Maybe they bought me coffee once. This case though, this is the one you guiyz!"
The reason that people think the election was rigged is because his fat ass keeps telling his cult that, even after his own lawyers admit, under oath, that there's no election fraud

and this is precisely why I was worried enough about the attempt to pack the court that I voted for cheetos don over vermin supreme.
People were redefining this notion so fucking hard while they were simultaneously advocating for the original, intended meaning. I don't think Biden himself really sees this as a great idea, but he's hardly a bulwark to the loons who might be retarded enough to try to blow out the kneecaps of the judiciary by inflating it to 15 seats on the SCOTUS.

I swear if the asspained retardmonkeys throw the senate special elections, the dems get a 50-seat split, and the progtards whip up a social media frenzy for packing that the rest of the gizzards just go along with - I really will say that manchildren blew up the ol' USA in butthurt.

youtube is major and hegemonic and huge and they're now pulling down videos which question the idea that Joe Biden won the election. It was stated on their official announcements
They're trying to stop the spread of misinformation after seeing what happened to Facebook.
