Personally, I don't really see the idea of women being drafted as bad thing, because of the possibility of zoomer young girls being taught the values of self-defense and why having a glock benefits them greatly as a woman.

No one has been drafted in the US in 50 years. It only happens if a draft is declared. Registering for selective service is not a mandated military service like in Israel and 65 other countries.

So barring some massive war effort that severely depletes current personnel to the point the government takes an immensely difficult and unpopular dramatic step of putting a draft in effect, there is nothing happening (it requires requires Congress to amend the Military Selective Service Act to authorize the President to induct personnel into the Armed Forces). Rest of process here.

All these idiots are just amped up about registering for selective service, which registration has not impacted anyone new since 1973.

And anyone already active military or in academies or officer procurement program is not required to register. Many people in the Vietnam era enlisted rather than risk being drafted, because draftees mostly get stuck in grunt infantry roles. And of course, bone spurs even if you're a healthy athlete if your dad knows a good podiatrist get you a pass.

Interestingly, undocumented immigrants and MTF (but not ftm) are required to register.
