I'm not sure where you guys grew up but old ass men are literally as bad as young men. It's the exact same breed, just whether they were socialized to keep it to themselves. I work in a customer-facing job and one thing i've noticed that older men do which I find kind of annoying is they're always, like, whistling or humming or making weird noises. Are you starved for stimulation or something? Stop fucking humming while i'm trying to help you, man. They also get all over the place into my personal space, leaning over the counter and staring. Men are definitely capable of love and commitment. I’ve seen plenty of examples in real life of men that treat their wives and girlfriends right, and don’t just see them as means to get home cooked meals and a clean house, or just an avenue for sex. There has to be some reciprocation from both parties to make a healthy relationship, but moids will only see women for their own personal gain, and not as individuals with opinions and aspirations of their own. In my opinion, a man worth marrying has to see you as more than a utility, and actually have a provider mindset*. If a man can’t provide for you, he isn’t going to provide for any kids, either.

* a provider mindset is less about being rich, and more about striving to make sure your wife or girlfriend is taken care of to some extent. A guy earning $200K a year and spending all of the money on himself, and doesn’t believe in paying for any dates or tokens of appreciation, is not a provider. A man that earns $50K a year, but actively makes an effort to make sure dates are paid for and will get occasional gifts (that you actually want) is a man worth keeping. I think there's some truth to this but it's just men breaking their own brains.
