A woman should make sure they both want to get married at some point in the early months, and reevaluate within another year whether he's a good partner and they still both want it (by bringing it up directly). Then get married, if that's what they both want. If he's still wishy washy after a year, drop him like the stinky trash he is. No beating around the bush, no wishing/longing/sighing for the day when he DECIDES to propose. Women need to take charge of their lives.
