That being said, being a stay at home mother was the most soul-crushing, depressing time in my entire life.

One of my former co-workers dealt with the very thing you describe. I think moids, often being retarded binary thinkers, can't fathom a woman loving her children yet finding constantly tending to them to be soul-crushing at the same time. But women can very much love their child, and hate the trad wife life. Especially when there is no man around to help. Mommy now has to clean up, mommy has to cook (daddy may help sometimes, just to stroke his ego), mommy has to change diapers. Mommy has to be the disciplinarian, because nowadays the modern moid won't even do that.

My co-workers life was like that. When he'd actually "parent", he'd want to be the fun "parent". More an older brother than actual father. He takes the kids fishing! Talks to the sons about man things (but never talks to the girls about anything important, he defers that stuff to mom). He gets to go fishing himself and leave the kids at home! He can drink all night with his buddies! He can play video games! He helps mommy cook for Thanksgiving or Christmas, then drinks in the yard! Meanwhile, she'd be left with all the boring responsibilities, she has to be the parent who wasn't fun, mean mommy. And when she finally did get a job, and she greatly enjoyed it, she quit because he nagged her constantly. He'd nag her constantly if she and I hung out, calling non-stop. Mommy bangmaid must be home at all times.

Jobs are a blessing to moids, because it's very fucking obvious they hate their own kids. They can't stand to be alone with them for a night while mom goes out. They want their bloodline to be continued out of pure vanity (and most of them are too stupid and ugly to be worthy of it continuing), but don't want to deal with the responsibility of raising said bloodline.

A lot of posters on this thread probably have no idea what I mean but it truly is ingrained into the American psyche that the fraternity system is an extension of childishness, which is why when frats get outed for rape or spiking or whatever they're brushed off as "just kids". These are future CEOs, congressmen and basically role models for the next generation, so sullying them as imperfect is a big no no because the children of today are supposed to look up to them -- and by extension, look up to the system that made them (college and frats). This was what the big show about Kavanaugh was about, because a lot of frats felt threatened that a guy who acted basically like any other frat dude was suddenly being ridiculed by evil feminists.
You can argue the same is true with sororities too, ie suppressing basic feelings about the problems with frats for a sense of cooperation/upholding tradition. This is strong in some places, like the South, where entire families will be married to one school or another because their parents met in a frat mixer and therefore their kids need to be members of said society to carry the heraldry on. If you think the system is stupid, they will think you're stupid; people get ostracized by families and friends for even speaking out about rape in these places.

They want to be objectively correct, objectively in the right, objectively better.
