I have literally seen these exact posts on /pol/ over and over again. The skull-measuring comes out, and suddenly our junior scientists have reached the hypothesis that were are, in fact, different sub-species, if not different species entirely. I like this ones inclusion of God and Noah, it certainly adds to the pseudo-science.
