This is one of those topics that doesn't get discussed often enough. I'll be making a joke, usually in the form of some dumb, out-of-pocket statement, just to poke fun of a situation (the "my car runs on gas not batteries" is a great example) ... and the men will take me so literally!! They think I genuinely believe whatever dumb shit I said, and he'll proceed to explain in a very serious manner how cars or w/e work. Nigger I KNOW! I WAS NOT BEING SERIOUS. I WAS MAKING A JOKE.

I believe this happens because men can't conceive of women having the intelligence to create a joke. They really think we're just stupid people saying stupid shit. Ironically, this makes them the stupid ones.

Yeah I think that's one of the major reason I get called a tranny so much. Men don't understand that women can have that kind of humor. They just become really confused when something doesn't fit into their very narrow view of how a woman is supposed to act. Especially on the internet where most guys never talk to women irl and see us only as porn/anime tropes.

Literally they will talk all day about how they want a tomboy gf who acts just like a guy but with a vagina but when they encounter a woman who has their sense of humor, is rude, uncaring, trolls the fuck out of them and calls them out on their bullshit they become enraged. Anything other than a submissive always happy, always giggling, always agreeable and kind/nurturing ray of sunshine is "angry evil catlady dyke". Lel.

I fucking love feminine humor. Women pretty much always laugh at my jokes.. they can pick up on my tone of voice/ context clues, and just instinctually understand the humor. We can be super dark or wonderfully silly, and our jokes tend to be subtle too, so of course it goes over the moid's heads (although there are a few 'evolved' moids who do get my jokes and we can have a fun banter, but that's rare)

I've started using it as a screening tool... if a guy takes my jokes super literally and starts explaining obvious shit to me, he is disqualified from being a serious friend/partner because there's a good chance he's either autistic or a low-key misogynist.

It's funny, because women with a sense of humor (whether "masculine" or otherwise) seem to terrify these [online] losers. Nothing wrong with giggling if you feel it, or being sunny or positive in general, but no, you don't have to be always that way, and any dim bulb dick who thinks that every women must be that way all the time is no man you want to bother with.

I'm not a man-hater [even if I legit have both personal and political reasons to justify being so; I'm sanguine and equanimous at a high level even if sharp and raw closer to earth], but my unasked-for advice is a) know yourself and evolve but don't give you up, and b) don't connect (or try to connect with) with men online. If you want a man in your real life, you need to consider the online ones exactly as they consider online women - un-human, unworthy, out of scope. Not saying you couldn't make an online connection, but shitposting men online are a bad, bad bet (and a bad representation of real men in general).
