Most of the time when someone is ranting at you or talking about their feelings they don't want a "solution" presented. In most cases they have already thought about every possible solution. Unless they ASK YOU for your opinion/help, just show compassion instead of autistically trying to solve their problem with your superior moidfacts and logic. This is something autistic males don't understand and think women are "irrational" for because they don't understand other people have feelings and it's not some quest in a videogame you have to solve. Sometimes you just need to vent to someone and whine and cry about how shit everything is and most women understand that in this situation all that is requires is someone to listen and show empathy. Out of shape men disgust me; their bodies are literally designed to put on muscle and shed fat easily.
