My mom was there in the 70-ties, she told me that when they socialized among couples they usually went to a bar where men and women talked mostly among themselves, when there were conversations with both men adn women involved no woman said a word when a man talked.
The women never drank any alcohol because they had to drive since all the men drank.

My mom said she replied to a man who she disagreed with, later she was told that this usually inacceptable and was only tolerated since she was not from there.

I went on a date with one woman from a dating app (batshit crazy but very kind to me).

She arrived with her car and brought me to her house and had also picked up a friend, while driving she gave her phone to said friend and I shit you not, she had her answer her fucking dms and whatsapp messages.
Sometimes she had her read messages out and told her what to reply, but with most her friend did all the chatting with, I do not know how many guys, on her own.

I was baffled by this and also unsure what to talk to her about since I might have talked to her friend before so yeah.
Dating Apps are usually a waste of time and from what I've heard my experiences in general were above average but still shit.

Women like a man who dresses well and pays attention to his appearance. Small details like a nicely knotted tie are a plus. It's as simple as that. I don't get why so many guys are ass mad over this? So petty, lmao.

By "putting a little more effort into a tie" I mean tying it in 30 seconds instead of 10. I don't care if you think it's a good look, I said I thought it was a good look. It's unsurprising to see men baffled or upset at the fact that some people in this thread think non-standard tie knots look nice.

These same men likely think it's gay to use skincare, get manicures/pedicures, pluck or wax eyebrows, etc. Any sort of care in your appearance beyond deodorant and brushing your teeth is gay.
