It's insane to me how easy it is for men to abandon their children and never look back. Women feel responsible for a child they created, very very rarely does a woman abandon her child. Men do it all the time and not even just before the child was born, many men stick around for a couple of years and then decide family life is just "not for them" and just leave. I think it is much more rare for men to form proper bonds with their children, I assume it's a mix of biology and being less involved in childcare. Predictably, Norbert the Tiger can't stfu about me and a few other key moids in the thread are updating each other about me and saying my name like it's a magic spell to make me leave. No, it's not a politics debate thread, as I had to learn from a few slaps on the wrist. There is no end of resources out there on why people like or don't like Hillary. All career politicians are subhuman scum and I will stop there to avoid fedposting.

I must be unlucky in that arena. I've tried several gyms and couldn't continue with any of them because there was almost always a non-zero number of men there being awkward and creepy towards me each visit. There were multiple occasions in different locations when a man told me that I needed to wear tighter and more revealing clothes in stead of my t-shirt and those shorts that are like sweatpants that only go halfway down the thigh, or actual sweatpants. I made the mistake of using a gym pool exactly once when I was a kid because of the leering and multiple old men trying to chat me up.

That shit started when I was 14, by the way. Now we have workout equipment at home, which saves a ton of money anyway.

Bonus: Once, a guy was hassling me pretty stubbornly when I was 14-16 and some black woman started yelling at him to "leave that little girl alone" and just went off and didn't stop until he finished shuffling off in embarrassment/fear.

I don't even know what my response would be if a man came up to me at the gym and told me I needed to dress a certain way. I'm normally slow to anger and not very confrontational but I think I would see red. Sorry you had to deal with that. Were you going to chain gyms?

How can men not get it through their thick skulls that women at work don't want to fucking flirt.

First of all this guy seems to have a touch of the tism so there is that. But too many times have I seen men utterly melt down when they are clearly flirting or working around to asking you out, but haven't blatantly asked you out yet, and are confronted. Denials, gaslighting, outrage, backpedaling. So women try to let them down gently instead, and then it just doesn't go through their thick skulls.

It's kind of crazy how many men complain about young women not being virgins, but they never scold the young men that pressure and manipulate young women into losing their virginity early because they can't wait to get their dicks wet. Men who straight up lie and fake being in love with a woman to get her to give him sex etc. When I was in high school I have seen that happen many many times with basically all of my girlfriends. They wanted to wait, the boyfriend didn't, he threatens to leave her and uses manipulative strategies like "I guess you don't really love me" etc to break down the womens boundaries. And ofc they don't last cause he then wants to move on to the next woman. Men think that young girls who just started dealing with men and their manipulation for the first time should be able to withstand it and have iron-strong willpower. Meanwhile they never tell their sons or peers "Hey, don't pressure women into sex. Don't lie to and manipulate women for sex."
