Their theory of mind just doesn't extend to women for most of them. You'd see men confessing that they are intimidated by shady and big tough looking male strangers but seems confused when women are wary of their male presence. They'd gossip about male drama with thousand words armchair analysis then dismiss women behaving similarly in those situations as "crazy" or "women moment".

I'm not qualified to give a coherent and intelligent response on the time/responsibility/danger of rearing a kid now vs throughout different periods of history, but what sort of lunatic is going to pretend that having a child isn't a massive, intimidating responsibility and a huge investment of time and energy? You'll see moids be like "fathers are important and single mothers bad" but then these dudes give nothing to their children except paychecks, if even that, and they ignore the kids entirely. They never think about the real hard work that goes into kids, just playing with them when convenient like they're pets. It's so shameful how many dudes don't know shit about their own children and that they literally couldn't take care of them in the event of joint or full custody, because they themselves are overgrown kids. He could not support abortion and that would be fine, but he at least should have consistent principles behind it. Either you support killing people or you don't. He evidently thinks that fetuses are people, so shouldn't he treat them like people? He could even be Double Based(tm) and support abortions for black women only. Speaking of which, the idea of exceptions to abortion bans is retarded and proof that it's about controlling women and not an actual belief in fetal personhood. If you believe a fetus's life is equal, the circumstances of its conception (even if it was rape/incest) shouldn't matter; if it threatens the life of the woman, allowing abortion inherently means you agree that the woman's life is more valuable than the fetus's.

I don't think an abortion exception for life-threatening pregnancy complications violates those principles too much. Even if somebody believes that the baby should live at all costs, they can prefer situations for when the baby has to die for the woman to live. Babies of women who die in childbirth typically don't fare extremely well, which is bad for people that supposedly care about the baby's welfare, and women shouldn't be forced to die for a baby's sake. They can still disagree with voluntary abortions. I think pro-lifers (at least the non-ridiculous ones) are more about minimizing the number of abortions that have to be performed under a certain ethical standpoint, over literally making abortions impossible.
It's all a very complicated conflict of interest between two beings that should both live in an optimal scenario. Also, people are disagreeing over whether one of the beings in this situation is even a full-fledged human, which doesn't make it any easier. It's really hard to make heads or tails out of it, and that's why the arguments get so heated. People's opinions vary widely based on where that "ethical standpoint" is.
It's typically the people with the least nuanced and most black-and-white, unprincipled opinions that are prone to posting the most crazy shit, since thinking about things is difficult. Remember that when you see the A&H tards.

I'm not extremely versed in medical science so I have a 0.001% chance of being wrong, but isn't physical fitness is beneficial for giving birth, along with pretty much every other aspect of human health? Literal lunacy from these people.

I can't reply to you for some reason but yes, fitness is very beneficial both before and after pregnancy. The only reason I can think of to be against women being fit is because you want to abuse them easier or are intimidated by them

It's probably a retarded "god i HAVE to input my opinion on everything" mentality, with contrarianism, that the male brain (maybe even the human brain in general) seems to have an affinity for falling into. Have had it happen to me. Combined with being a disgusting incel, in these people's cases, too. People on the Internet aren't prone to checking their writing for proper nuance and sanity before hitting the post button, and submit things that no sane person would believe in through a knee-jerk reaction.
On second thought, this might not be the case with this instance, because the incel in question has spent hours and hours refining an argument against women trying to be fit that literally did nothing to them. I mentioned something about "no sane person" in this post, so insanity? If I made such a video, I'd focus it more on men thirsting after physically fit women in an embarrassing way, because there are plenty of those.
