So rare to see female antagonists/villains done well. So often they're just jealous of the female protag or they're a male villain with a sexy hot lady paint job.I just opened my weekend WSJ to see an article on the trend of disturbed female characters. I got about a paragraph in and got bored. I'm just sick of the preposterous idea that in general women can not only be as sick and twisted by nature as men, but that they're able to execute any sick and twisted actions. I don't want to get into Stephen King, but for Misery to work, the lead character had to be literally disabled for the antagonist to do anything. I also get annoyed at the notion that when female weakness is acknowledged, then she still has ridiculous amounts of power do to magic or seduction. It's a stupid idea.
Then again I have known some seriously sick women who have abused their children. I also know some women who insist on doing really peculiar or dangerous sex things. To a woman, they were all mentally ill in other aspects of their life too. Meanwhile an every day average family man enjoys horrifying porn.
I unfortunately have to defend the FBI from this guy's retarded simplification. What the feds usually do is first take out the operator/webmaster of a CSAM site, then keep the site operational as they track down individual users. Obviously the morality of keeping the site up is pretty fucked.Moids think the desire to watch children being raped is just like weed or something that normal people get tragically duped into consuming to their own detriment.

I've always liked Neil LaBute, all the way back to In the Company of Men; he's gotten criticism for misogyny, but the people saying that seem braindead to me. A good example would be Your Friends & Neighbors, in which Catherine Keener played a complex, unlikeable character -- actors would kill for a chance to dig into a role like that -- but at the same time a much worse character, to a jaw-dropping extent, was the one played by Jason Patric, yet no one accuses LaBute of misandry. Critics are too used to male villains, and don't appreciate female ones --and-- that is why I think the results are so poor.So rare to see female antagonists/villains done well. Ngl that just sounds like trauma.I was peaked after seeing weird violent lesbian rape shit from trannies online, that's all it took for me.
It's not trauma, I do not have any bad effects from it today. I discovered those weird communities from other feminists. Like I said, most women become radicalized from learning about how violent porn and male fetishes are. Something can make you angry without it traumatizing you. I'm sure there are things that make you angry too. I just don't think talking about raping a whole community is okay. Finding other people like me who were angry over rapey stuff is what helped me learn about feminism.Ngl that just sounds like trauma.
I adsed a statement in a different thread that probably wouldn't go over well here, but I'll ask this: are you happy? Would you be happier in your life if there were lines you chose to cross but shouldn't have, or lines you didn't cross that you should've?
I've noticed when pertaining to topics about women, a lot of males online will bring up or speculate about her relations to men. They think women will die or go crazy without males, because they're coping with being called out for being horrible and misogynistic they can be. Whenever women hate men, to them, it can't be because of how violent and degenerate they are. No, it MUST be because she's an obese crazy cat lady who gets rejected by every man ever. Either that or because she was traumatized or something by a man (therefore she can be fixed and saved from misandry through therapy!). From what I've seen, most women just became feminists after seeing all of the vile things males do. 90% of what you detailed can be avoided by just knowing yourself and being unbothered by what other people do. For the other 10%, yes, there's something to be said.I'm tired
I know there’s a good amount of women here who are more well read than me on the subject of feminism and general men/women conflict, and I was wondering what are some good books on the subject I could read for a different perspective.
Most of my reading on philosophical topics come from men, as to be real they talk about things I find interesting and relate to, but their thoughts on female nature is necessarily from the outside view no matter they actually write on the subject.
What women authors would you all recommend for gaining a different perspective? I would prefer more modern books, though anything that would be a good starting point would be much appreciated.

Yes I am happy in my life. Yes, I do stuff outside of the internet. I just rant online to let off some steam I really do not care about online tranny shit in real life. Also probably option 1, I think of that like being outspoken.
Huh? This question doesn't even mean anythingNgl that just sounds like trauma.

I'd be happier if a lot of motherfuckers had left me the hell alone [not targeted at you for asking, but it is the truth].Ngl that just sounds like trauma.

You sound mad.Hell yeah I love recommending Germaine Greer on a revenge porn website that has been banned from so many hosts it had to resort to an island off Africa to stay online.
Being offended by degenerate porn means you're just traumatized. Ok.Ngl that just sounds like trauma.
