Honestly, this just reminded me of how during the 80s when women were taking lessons in self-defense as a response to seeing how many insane moid serial killers and rapists being completely out there in public during the 70s and 80s . Moids thought that women learning self-defense was cute, because for them it was absurd for women to try fending themselves off against an attacker, but hey wouldn't be just adorable for women to try?

When women don't defend themselves, they get shamed for "not knowing any better" or people trying to imply that it was her fault for being jumped by somebody.

When women do learn self-defense, moids will discourage it and gloat how that self-defense doesn't mean anything because a man will be simply able to overpower them based on his sheer strength, basically just saying "It's cute that you think you can fight off somebody, it's pointless, you shouldn't even try. Just a let man protect you.", even though 99% of the moids that say this are the ones that would turn tail if they got into a fight or try avoid through any means under the cope of "It's stupid to get into pointless fights".

They will be also the ones to get offended when women talk about how they are completely mask off and seems like they purposefully want women to not learn any self-defense, so not only those women can only just rely on them for defense, but because they wouldn't be able to fend themselves off against them too if they were about to physically assault them.

Personally, I think women should learn self-defense whether it's something really basic or advanced like taking up martial arts , it doesn't matter if a man is stronger, if there's a 20% chance of turning things around in a situation like that, I think it's better to risk it and go in than just get completely beaten, even if the number is low there's still a chance for you.
