Husa connected with Dominique on the Coco.fr website, Husa sent Dominique a headless shot of himself with an erection. They confirmed details of the meeting over the phone, Husa preps by shaving and dressing nicely. It's noted that he is married, but Husa says "my wife doesn't keep me on a leash, I go out whenever I want".
Husa gets there, supposedly undressed outside, comes in, observes that Gisèle appears to be dead, but is reassured when Dominique says she isn't. Gisèle is wearing a blindfold, Dominique won't let Husa wear a condom, Husa got consent from Dominique so he wasn't worried that she looked fucking dead, this guy is the worst.
Husa digresses from the actual testimony to have a bitchfest about his arrest. The investigators messed up his living room during their search, his wife lost her temper, and he has a disabled child. And then in custody, they didn't treat him like a man. Instead, he was put against a wall, his buttocks were spread (presumably a cavity search), he was humiliated, and treated like an animal.
Husa is reprimanded by the court for this digression, and asked why he's being so disrespectful to the court. Husa gets angry, says he must be presumed innocent during these court proceedings, COMPLAINS ABOUT THE CAMERAS WHICH FILM HIM GOING TO AND FROM THE COURT, and I genuinely cannot hate this faggot any more.
Gisèle's lawyer says he would like to request that the videos be viewed. Judge asks which videos of Husa, Gisèle's lawyer says all. Judge says "Maybe not all, you have to be reasonable", because the onus here is clearly on Gisèle's lawyer to be "reasonable" in wanting evidence for an accused rapist who is now refusing to even answer questions because he instead insists on using court time to complain about his own lot. Note that this request for reasonableness comes IMMEDIATELY after Husa refused to answer more testimony until he was done whining about his treatment in custody. Somebody needs to check the hard drive of this judge.
Back to testimony, this time softball questioning from Husa's own lawyer. Husa says he didn't get far in school, which is why he doesn't understand the concept of consent. Husa complains again that he is being called a rapist, which is 'a crazy thing'. He's angry that his name has been leaked on the internet, being called a rapist is too much for him, and that he's forced into hiding. Somebody get the guillotine for this guy.
Mathieu is now questioned. He's another rapist, but unlike Husa, Mathieu admits to the rape. But he also says he has no memory of the events, even after viewing the recordings Dominique had made.
As per the judge last week, the recordings will only be viewed in cases where the accused doesn't admit to the rape, AND only where Gisèle's lawyers have successfully justified the need for each clip. And yet here we have Mathieu, who is admitting to the rape, but is also claiming he did not have an erection. The investigators contend that the videos do indeed show Mathieu with an erection, which is something that would be settled without doubt by the court viewing the videos. Will the court actually be able to view the videos on Friday? Who knows. Fucking useless judge.
Mathieu cries a bit, says it doesn't matter how the videos interpret the truth, he knows what really happened, which is a fucking amazing claim to make. The recorded video lies, only Mathieu knows what really happened.
Just like Husa, Mathieu says Dominique made him do this stuff. Mathieu also says he didn't know it was rape at the time, and that obviously he wouldn't have agreed to be filmed if he knew it was rape. Mathieu says he didn't really notice that Dominique had told him in messages on the site that Gisèle would be unconscious, but admits that in retrospect, he should've recognised this as rape at the time. Such a hero!
