The mere fact we have to argue in favour of "consent" is a problem in itself. Sex should be a matter of unequivocal, mutual desire. Shown and voiced in many, many ways. Consent is the lowest of bars, and it can be obtained under pressure through many different ways (plus in court it's very difficult to prove a verbal consent instance was in fact obtained under duress). Women have no problem identifying the desire of their sexual partners, men or women. And we don't want sex where the other one doesn't desire it. So what the fuck is up with men when this isn't even the bare minimum?
