The app was designed to be used by women which would allows them to share their experiences with men, give warnings about potential dangerous men and red flags anonymously. The app also requires you to confirm that you're a woman through verification

The app became the number one most downloaded app in USA.


What do you think men's reactions to this were?
A) Realize that women feel incredibly unsafe about

I am not surprised that the very type of man to take issue with Tea would be the kind who would be getting their abusive asses exposed to the public. You are absolutely not alone in this. I see ads like this all the time on college campuses. It's very predatory. They target women who have just exited their teens and are financially struggling/in debt from school. They try to sugarcoat a very intense and invasive procedure that involves series of hormone injections, surgery with general anesthesia, and risks like infection and ovarian hyper-stimulation syndrome. Long-term risks, like cancer or fertility issues, are not well understood because very little to no research is being done. Commodifying parts of women's bodies and reproduction is just wrong overall. I also don't think it's good for people to be essentially having children that they never know or are involved with. It's not fair to kids to be born into that situation. Egg freezing has the aforementioned health risks along with women being fearmongered and sold lies so that they will spend an outrageous amount of money with a bad chance of payout.

Up to this day, no newspaper had published the name of the clinic and responsible people. I actually signed up for an egg donation site as a college student. Luckily I never got selected (I was only on it for a year). Afterwards I found out it significantly raises your risk of cancer. Yeah, that $8k is peanuts compared to the cost of cancer treatments and risk of early death. But as a penniless college kid $8k seemed like a fortune.

If a lesbian couple wants a kid, they can use a turkey baster. In this particular aspect, it's not biology what fucked women over, but fucked up business schemes based on many people's inability to come to terms with being barren or finding a partner.
