I think the real problem here is that pretty much every girl over the age of 10 has experienced groomers, catcallers, and public masturbators treating their bodies like a public amenity, whereas the number of teenage girls who are tough enough and hypersexual enough to try and entrap men old enough to be their dads is extremely rare.

Also, like Dyn said, there's a power differential. A 30-year-old man is in possession of himself and his life in a way a ten-year-old isn't. It's harder to hoodwink a grown man into doing something he doesn't want to do.

So it's sort of like female-on-male DV. Do women sometimes haul off and beat their male partners? Yes, of course, but the incidence of this and the damage dealt skews decidedly male.

I still find the idea of “eye-rape” retarded, especially because it cheapens the word ‘rape’ when you apply it to something that is not literally rape, and I assume people who actually are concerned about rape wouldn’t want to do that.

The original end date was 800 B.C. but I extended it to include more of the Iron Age. Past that time it's known of women poets. I must admit, though that Enheduanna had completely slipped my mind, but it's probably fair to state that her authorship is at the very least disputed.

I think sexism is a made up modern word that changed its meaning tremendously over the last decades. If at first it described often cruel and obviously discriminatory practices against women, once capitalistic, greedy males gave women vote and labor participation, sexism morphed into whatever the women of the era felt slighted about.
These days, it's all about catcalling and eye-rapes, microaggressions and patronizing "patriarchy".
