My grandma couldn't have cared less about fishing or chess, but Grandpa looked dashing in his Navy uniform and a cigarette dangling out of his mouth. If he'd been a fat loser, maybe she would have said she rejected him for being a chess nerd.

Reading isn't a hobby, it's something most people do every day.
Baking is just making food. Making food is a basic life skill that everyone should have anyway.
When I make bread, this doesn't count as a hobby. I'm just making food like I do everyday.

You don't get prizes for the bare minimum, skanks.

Men with fine and distinctive tastes prefer boobs, waist-hip ratios, and/or legs. Asses being a thing basically only goes back 20-30 years with the rise of “urban” culture. Big asses used to be a freak curiosity (see: Hottentot Venus) but thanks to skyrocketing obesity rates, they’re not going away anytime soon.

Depends on what you're reading, why you're reading, and how often you're reading. If the totality of your daily reading amounts to internet forums and work related materials then you're correct; similarly if you're reading simply to "escape reality" or rub your clit then it also is not a hobby. It only becomes a hobby when its edifying, which like other hobbies you won't be able to discern until you've invested time into it.
