This is actually a happy coincidence. I've been looking at how people are losing interest in Chris and are focusing more and more on other lolcows and that led me to one conclusion - we need to make this board about the Hulkster.
Here's a lowdown of how it'll work:
- Updates will be about Hulk Hogan related updates, his new projects and whatever.
- Discussion will be Hulk Hogan related discussion, including "what ifs?" like "What if Hulk Hogan was never born?" or "What if Hulk Hogan was a Mexican wrestler?"
-Sonichu will probably be the same, since I never go there.
- Off Topic will be revamped. Off Topic will be about anything, as long as Hulk Hogan is somehow involved. So you're welcome to talk about how your workout went, how you said your prayers and take your vitamins, well, you get the idea. The various subforums are revamped as follows:
*Music - talk about Hulk Hogan's musical talents (you know he can play the guitar?) As always, discussion about The Grateful Dead is encouraged, but you have to talk about if the Grateful Dead did "I am a Real American" or what it would be like if The Hulkster jammed with them.
*Video Games will involve the video games Hulk Hogan was in, like the old Wrestlemania games.
*Multimedia will be about Hulk's various TV appearances, like his reality show or that cartoon he did in the 80s.
*Hulkamania will mostly be the same, except it'll be a place for people to specifically lavish the Hulkster.
*Deep Thoughts will be about what the Hulkster would think about philosophical issues like the meaning of life, the duality of man, objective versus subjective reality, etc.
- Because Lolcows is such a popular board, it will be deleted and replaced instead by the Hulk Hogan Fanfiction board. You can now post your fanfics where The Hulkster meets Scooby Doo at Wrestlemania or your Hulk Hogan/Iron Sheikh slash fiction.
I think for us to move on, we need to adapt and clearly the future is about training every day, taking your vitamins, and saying your prayers.
