Plasma skellies truly are the master race. Imagine having organs lmao
SAM or Half Life Vox are the Chad artificial voices.Regarding the personalisation of the server replicastudios.com seems like a decent artifical voice.
Free account allow for 30 minutes of voice, fill the survey form with garbage when making an account. I've used Thena's voice, and there do not seems to be any word filter.
The air current feels good on my human nostrils today don't you agree?
Schizoid ion storm laws based on cows would be funny, instead of the random ones /tg/ has now.lolcow-themed antags
like a greer mode where you have to force the captain into a pointless court battle
or a terry mode where the AI runs TempleOS
Mail sorting is pretty useful but people never ever use it, mostly because people never ever actually order things from Cargo and it's always just buying shit for itself.okay we need to talk about cargo
While working on the map I've discovered that that's this "mail sorting" shit baked into the disposal loop. Basically, Cargo is actually supposed to wrap shit, tag its destination, and then it shoots up the disposal chute at its destination. The mapping work is very annoying because it necessarily complicates the loop.
I have never seen this used in-game, ever. Not fucking once have I seen the mailroom actually used. I have seen the drop-in sorting chutes on Meta that replace the MULES used.
Basically I want to re-add cargo bounties, but not by directly reverting. I think there's a way to adjust this mailroom delivery system to make cargo fun. I think CentComm should send packages and letters down that can be stamped by heads and sent back up for credits, little packages that may or may not be useful.
That sounds pretty cool, and similar to what I posted in the suggestions thread. Would it be possible to have every 5th (or a random number) letter be a package that drops one beneficial tool/item to encourage heads to stamp and return them? For example replacement medkits, a single advanced tool for eng/med/sci, a pair of insuls for engineering, a food box for chef, botany chems for botany, or materials for science.okay we need to talk about cargo

I used to play way too much CT and QM on other servers, but don't a lot on this one cuz no bounties. My favourite part of playing cargo was going around and bargaining with departments to get bounty goods, in exchange for stuff i would order from them.okay we need to talk about cargo

My favorite ss13 lobby song is Carmen Miranda's Ghost. Also as a suggestion, non default lobby music please
I love itMy favorite ss13 lobby song is Carmen Miranda's Ghost.
As much as I give Hippie and his former server shit, some of their lobby music ran the gamut from alright to pretty good.NGL I'd fuckin be a mailman, throw in some FNV easter eggs and something that goes beep boop and you got a job
Also as a suggestion, non default lobby music please
Xenobiology is easy once you get the hang of using the special camera console. Just read the guide and experiment a bit.Hey ya'll, first time posting here, been lurking for years. I'd played ss13 briefly last year, and learned some of the botany and genetics departments, but it's been a bit of an adjustment getting back in with the changes this time. I think I've got genetics figured for the most part, and yes I was involved in the gorilla incident earlier today. Apologies all around. My mother did in fact raise me better than that. I'm kind of at a rut with genetics now, and don't know what departments i should get into next. Genetics is fairly simple and some of the other science departments seem overwhelming from the outside looking in. Also, are there any other fun tricks like gorilla making? I promise I'll be a good boy next time. The hulkening yesterday was also a bit of a misstep, so apologies there too.
Comments like this that make no sense without context are the best part of the game, tbh.Everyone who plays as a gorilla is a huge piece of shit.
