This is the largest safe size:Wouldn't that make a super small singulo? I think you'd end up with a 3x3 space if you did it that way

I never stopped to appreciate how "hernia" after all these years has learned to enjoy the taste of bloodI use the permaban. You know why? Cause the perma doesn't expire, and unlike the shitty roleban it stops a criminal in their tracks in two clicks. Click, click, and they're fucking done. I use four clicks just to make damn sure. Because, once again, I'm not there to coddle a buncha criminal scum sucking f-----, I'm there to 1) Moderate the fucking round. 2) Guard my tranny metagang. So you can absolutely get fucked. If I don't get deadminned, which I will, you can guarantee I will continue to use the permaban to apprehend criminals. Because it's quick, clean and effective as fuck. Why in the seven hells would I fuck around with the notes system, which take half a minute just to leave an admin warning, or with role bans which are short as balls, impossible to fill out and do about next to jack shit, fuck all. The permaban is the superior law enforcement weapon. Because it stops crime. And it stops crime by reducing the number of criminals roaming the fucking halls.
Incredible. An unironic "everything is political" rant from a right-winger. You'd think that Current Year would have shown what a horrible concept that is to everyone who isn't a SocJusTard, but totalitarian personalities will be totalitarian no matter what side they're on. Look, just because politics is everywhere doesn't mean that the politics of a clown-themed atmospherics simulator maps to any sort of real-world politics or left/right divide outside of a handful of niche issues like "should characters be able to be trannies?" And even if you can't avoid politics you can certainly try to minimize it, which all sane people would prefer to do during their recreation. You may not care about politics, but politics cares about you. In the year 2020, nothing escapes its gaze. You can take a proactive stance against political agitators, or wait until your admin team gets infiltrated by people who care more than you do. Your choice. And no, SS13 is not just a silly game. SS13 is perhaps one of the most political games out there, by its nature.
SS13 is one of the only games that requires a fully staffed team of admins for the game to function. The job of the admin is remarkably similar to that of a judge (especially when ban requests and ban appeals are considered), while combining elements of policing and prosecuting as well. It's the job of the admin to arbitrate disputes between players, as well as identify and punish rule breakers. In short, admins have an inherently political role: The determination of what behavior is to be allowed or not allowed, and whether or not a behavior falls into that category.
There are constantly arguments between admins and players about every little detail of this process. These arguments are just disguised political, moral, and philosophy of law arguments. SS13 is notorious for its legendary drama. You can't just pretend it's just clowns and space while ignoring the vital administration aspect of the game. For many people, whether or not a server is worth playing or not comes down to the simple question of the quality of the administration. It's clearly important. And every bit of it is political.
There is another unique feature of SS13 that gives it its political nature. It's an open source game where players themselves can make changes to the game. Couple this with the fact that, there are many unique playstyles and roles that do not at all intersect, and you get another source of bitter politics. For example, there are many players who play nothing but Assistant, or Security, or AI. These same players have views about how the game itself should be, and try to mandate them by changing the code. People are constantly stepping on each other's toes over balance changes whereby one group of players fucks over another by nerfing their favorite role. For example, a player who does nothing but play as antagonists chooses to open a pull request that nerfs Security. This is a constant source of infighting and drama. The determination of which code changes are allowed and which are not, is an inherently political process, and gives power to those that maintain the codebase.
So two groups of people have power, and where there is power you can bet there will be power struggles. Fighting over who's an admin, or who's a maintainer. Very, very common. And oh so political. This is partially to me, what makes SS13 so interesting. I don't think many other games are as politically charged as SS13 really.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say that the term 'Dread Ilk' may be something you identify with. And 'chelation therapy' may be something that your mother has researched. You may not care about politics, but politics cares about you. In the year 2020, nothing escapes its gaze.

Your side of the story:
I was going around flooding the station with oxygen because it doesn't do anything and claiming that i'm flooding the station with a gas and having people assume i'm plasmaflooding is entertaining. Then, i went and tried to set up the SM because the captain told me to. I've never done it before and have no idea what im doing so i just turned everything on and filled the area in the middle with oxygen because i don't play engineer. I then like a dumb faggot opened the SM door and got sucked into the SM because i didn't think that the air pressure would be that strong to do that to me. It was a genuine mistake, i apologize.
As for the throwing up
Additional information:
- First time i didn't know that it would happen
- Second time i did it on purpose - the captain selfantagged and killed me
- Third time the captain and the guy on the janitor cart that was inside of the kitchen told me to eat because i was already throwing up and i forgot that flies can't do that. Someone came along and blew up the fuel tanks that i had set up to see how long some fuel tanks could be left in a main artery of the station with welders next to them for entertainment purposes. It had nothing to do with the chef it was set up at the SS13 logo next to arrivals because that's where people spawn.
- I have not murderboned
- I have not fired a gun once at another player
- I have not used a swear word i'm a good boy who dindu nuffin.
- I have not talked to the chef
- I have not attacked another player while as a nonantag
- I have not stolen anything from the chef and have not greytided to steal items randomly
- Banning someone for throwing up is lunacy, it can be cleaned up with a single cleaner grenade, just call a janitor that's the whole point of the role. You're an admin not a sec officer that bans people for IC reasons. Obviously i'm not going to be eating food as a fly again because entertainment isn't allowed
- I don't even know how you came to the conclusion that i metagrudged the chef i don't do metagrudges that's retarded i've never done that and never will.
- It was a genuine mistake
- I'm not part of some international autistic conspiracy to grief your server
All you need to do for that is move poly to a wall mounted comm in the general channel and turn the mic onplease give Poly a big voice and general comms.
Four and a half hours later.Dealing with you autistic entitled faggots is fucking unbearable and from now on I'm permabanning everyone until Null stops me.
Kinda undermines the threat when you go and unban dudes only a few hours after you posted said threat.I unbanned you without reading any of that because I honestly don't care enough to figure out what happened.
1. Why are you keeping trit in a can?Hmm, I maanged to start a good trit harvest today. To keep it in a normal cannister I used two coolers to keep the gas chilled; but then it went ballistic in the cannister and exploded into a trit fire. Not sure where I fucked up.
1) I wanted to harvest trit to see if I could.1. Why are you keeping trit in a can?
2. Were the coolers on?
3. Coolers aren't that fast when you're dealing with 5000 degrees kelvin.
The only plausible explaination for this I can come up with is that somehow your trit managed to burn within the can because you left something there.1) I wanted to harvest trit to see if I could.
2) Yeah, trit was entering the cannister at around -70.
3) I had two of them, and there was only a small amount of trit filtering through.
I'm more confused as to why the trit went ballistic and start offgassing loads of other gases.
