Robbin seems to be much more in class where Brooke and Franky are in. She can fight, but she’s not insta win and post Enies Lobby she’s not an assassin anymore. Her not going for the kill is a Straw Hat thing.

I Mean she has had one real fight, Diamante was a weak ass faggot who got one shot, she didn't even get the chance to snap his neck because Diamante couldn't handle an attack from a Cripple, picking and choosing anything from Dressrosa as "This character is weak cause X" is kind of silly.
For all the talk of an edgy form, I think Gear 4 WAS that edgy form (or at least the closest to edgy Oda will get), and then Gear 5 was Oda wanting to do something fun and lighthearted and away from the shonen norm of “being fueled by anger”. So we get Looney Tunes where the norm is took force where you’re capable of pretty much anything if it’s considered funny.
You care more about nami and robin fighting than oda ever has.
I enjoy her existing to highlight the void century, but her sitting out Vega Punks speech was BS.

Hopefully that aspect gets brought up again sooner rather than later. Unless Oda is doing the same “reader learns about everything and how it’s connected when the character does” with Robin that he seems to be doing with Luffy.

I've always thought of the same thing since all forms of Gear 4 seem to be more "serious" besides Tank Man. They're Luffy pushing what was his peak to new heights to gain extra advantage in the fight. Gear 5 was the way it is to balance the more threatening and serious style that Kaido has while also being the peak of who Luffy is....a goofball that can fight seriously if you let him.
Not only this but the fruit itself is a lore bomb as its existence was such a problem that they had to rename it due to its mythical status.
I think it was in an SBS. He said that this is why he has only women fight other women as he does not like it when men deal heavy damage onto them. In other words, that is why the women of OP get so little fighting: because they have to fight other women with some exceptions for less pretty women (that is why Big Mom looks like a monster).
the only thing i can think of for gear 6th would be if the nika powers are way more than just toonforce and behind all the goofy stuff is an all powerful god that has absolute freedom to do whatever he wants. which in the case of a gear 6th would be to allow luffy to start using any devil fruit power he wants. but that does not really fit luffys style.
Well, so much for my prediction of The One Piece being a power to surpass devil fruits. Unless it’s something that allows the other Straw Hats (or at least the ones to have Devil Fruits) to be on the same Gear 5 level as Luffy. It’d certainly counter Imu and the Gorosei, that’s for sure.
I’m sure that’d really make Roger laugh. And I think it’s been said Luffy has some sort of crackhead energy. Makes sense for an agent of chaos.
The thing that would make Roger “laugh” would be he couldn’t do it until his young copy luffy did something,………..or if the one piece is mostly in space.
I thought he was laughing because of the story he discovered when all the things were tied together and he learned the truth while he was looking at the treasure.
