That's woman against woman. Like I said in the original post. Non-villain men very rarely harm attractive female characters.

Do you count the fight with Perona? It was mainly psychological damage though. Other than that, both Nami and Usopp inflicted damage on both Buffalo AND Baby 5. Also, Brook crushed Black Maria's henchwomen alone while Robin took her on.

Jesus, man, I get it. But Luffy beating the shit out of a gorgeous woman just isn't going to happen, slamming his fist in her face and knocking her around. You're turning this into more than it needs to be.

And for Perona, no. Since she never really got hurt, just so terrified that she fainted.

I thought it was established Dragon’s catalyst to creating the RA was seeing what went down at God Valley with the Celestial Dragons hunting people for sport.

i would think so yeah. honestly oda should add an actual rubber person even if its just as a reveal to luffy that he does not actually have the gum gum fruit. because im pretty sure half the stuff luffy does is not something somebody made of rubber could do especially stuff like gear 2. but luffy just operates on rubber=stretchy logic and nothing more.

if imu was luffys mom that would be very confusing since dragon saw all the stuff that went down at god valley and left the navy soon after to form to revolutionary army. so him somehow getting in contact with imu and having a kid would make no actual sense.

thats not even considering the fact that if ivankovs theory about imu being saint nerona imu is correct then imu is still a celestial dragon and would never allow their child to live with commoners unless they were leaving as well like how doflamingos family left.

if you ask me i think ivankovs theory is correct and imus true identity is nerona imu and they were made immortal because somebody used the op-op fruits special technique on them. (maybe lili and thats why imu is so obsessed with her) then at some point afterwards or maybe before imu picked up their own devil fruit.

but as far as who luffys mom is. i think its somebody that we are unaware of that either escaped god valley or that dragon met on his travels with the revolutionary army. kuma most likely knows who it is but promised to never tell anyone same with garp. either way luffys mom most likely came from the davy clan as well.

all that aside the thing i wonder is where the fuck did linlin come from? was she just a random freakishly giant child that got dumped by her parents or is she from a clan similar to kumas that is technically half giant?
 
I thought that Loki's Devil Fruit was going to be the real Gum Gum Fruit. Like Tetra said, it wouldn't have the various Gears, but the stretchy nature would explain why Loki called himself Nika.
 
some people mentioned how two of usopp's biggest wins was against girls. Yes I'm aware of the other battles he won, like when he beat the shit out of arlong's lacky (who i forgot the name of) with a hammer. But any of the strawhats could have won those battles, the perona win was different because he was the only strawhat immune to her ability. And him knocking out sugar was arguable one of the most important win in that arc
 
One Piece's animation would be better if they didn't cram 5 trillion impact frames into every movement. The people working on the animation clearly don't understand that less is almost always more; impact frames exist to give you a quick flash to emphasize the intensity of a moment. Why else do you think no other show uses as many consecutive impact frames as One Piece? Going above 5 or even 8 is just retarded because it takes away from the moments you're supposed to focus on. Garp's Galaxy Impact sucked ass in the anime because they spent forever building up to the moment and threw in like 30 impact frames for all the wrong moments. Conciseness for intense moments like that is always preferable.

I just want the reveal that Joy Boy=Hitler, who sank the world and killed millions as a final spite move after losing to the proto World Government, effectively causing them to go full evil dictatorship simply to save the lives of everyone that Joy Boy didn't kill and brainbroke Lili so badly Frank Grimes style that she created the Imu personality to cope and this is what Riger was laughing about. That the first pirate was a mass murdering psychopath who's evil broke broke everyone who tried to stop him, turning them evil to repeat the cycle so that nothing really changed.

Luffy needs a proper breaking of his very soul before the final stretch and this would be the best way. By showing the natural conclusion of his inherently selfish philosophy and him being forced, preferably with several major members of the Straw Hats perma murdered in front of him (preferably Nani and Zoro) when he initially refuses to force him to bring down the World Government against his will. Which would be the perfect ending to One Piece, with the cycle of tyranny continuing with Luffy forced to become the new Imu and him bitterly ruing the day he first vowed he'd become the pirate king; he gets what he wants and now has zero freedom AND must spend centuries spreading tyranny and horrors oppressing the masses "for their own safety" while knowing that one day sone functionally retarded idiot will rise up and kill him, plunging the world into further violence as far as the circle continuing...

I really feel like that may what’s gonna end up happening, but the reason why we only have it as Ivankov’s speculation is because it’s so tied to all the mysteries, much like Luffy since the reveal of Gear 5. Also, since there’s Imu being in shadow, I have to think the op op fruit technique did something to Imu’s appearance.
