He last saw her when she was, what, 6 or 8 or something and now she's an adult and yet not old and withered. No fruit bullshit is needed here.
I know about this, my point is that something feels missing about Brook's description of events in Thriller Bark.

He's also nowhere near as strong and hasn't demonstrated his super swordsman skills as a Rumbar. Even as a Straw Hat it felt like his skillset is completely swapped with something else.

What are you talking about?
Oda has shown an image of the crew as envisioned in his childhood, it featured all 9 Strawhats, though some were very different, with the exception of Robin- who he added to the crew seemingly after her original creation early in the Grand Line era. But in her place was a weird little flying monster guy with the same job description but every other detail changed. A lot of his personality was given to Chopper, who was originally envisioned as more of a bitter asshole (so, somewhat similar to Loki.)

We never really saw the Rumbar fight, Captain (presumably the strongest) got Grand Line Aids, then after that the crew got poisoned and then lost in the Triangle.

Nothing they really lost to was a direct strength matter.

I suspect that they ran into some Holy Knights trying to pull a hit on Brook, with one of them having the Disease fruit and another with the Film fruit, so for the Rumbars it's just like they got hit by an incurable Illness out of nowhere.

Possible but I think the important part of Gunko is going to happen as a part of the kingdom falls, Brook did call Gunko "A Father Murderer"

This makes no sense, Brook clearly remembers all of this stuff. It likely wasn't in Brook's first flashback because Oda was either hiding it or hadn't come up with it yet.

surely there has to be some way for Loki to shrink to a very small size
biblio owl or whatever his name is exists and he has the ability to shrink and grow things so i could see a future where loki and biblio join so loki can be smaller until its time to battle then biblio makes him his normal size again.

you need to remember in thriller bark brook not only lost his shadow but he had been lost at sea for years at that point with nothing to fight or anything. so i dont really blame him for being a little rusty. that being said he showed his sword skills in wano a little bit as well as on whole cake island.

brooks style is not as direct as zoro and is more about taking enemies by surprise. is it possible brooks lost some of his skill since he died? of course. but i think with brook its more a case of oda not really giving him as many big moments to show his skills with a sword and focusing more on the soul king stuff. the legendary humming brook died so that the soul king brook could live.
And remembers who the flashback is supposed to focus on.
the theory of the queen being a secret god knight turn out to be true and we go into a flashback of her talking to imu which somehow turns into a flashback of god valley again but this time from the celestial dragons perspective
