I always see people take green and retired to mean that he's literally green, but I've always taken it to mean green in the sense of an inexperienced person, so it's a play on that he's retired but never actually learned or accomplished anything. Am I over thinking it?

Well green is the color of greed so I think what zack was trying to say is that retirees hoard all of our societies wealth and are parasites so basically we should kill all old people yeah
 
Zack is Retired™️ and Green™️ with envy over the youth of all these kids he's playing vidya with. It's why he always ends up doing messed up things to people. He's frickin pissed because he's peanuts went frickin sour. So to speak.
