Holy fuck, without powerleveling too hard I actually used to be friends with afro and played games with him semi-frequently. I kinda fell out of touch with him years and years ago, had no idea he actually married the V-tumor christ. Last I talked to him, he was still in Uni on a student visa. I still have him on my steam friends list. He was always kinda a lonely dude, so whilst I'm surprised at this development, at the same time it's not entirely out of character.

The Internet made a lot of people seem smarter and more educated than they really are when it really was just swarm-intelligence some people utilized at the right time to make money and fame.

That being said, a lot of 19-years old would have fallen for an e-whore like that back in the day. Heck, they still do today. We allow this exploitation of mens sex drive as soon as young boys start developing it, in all media across the board and we hardly teach them anymore to be cautious of whores for what they are because that would be hate-speech on sex-workers. That's a failure of modern society, not his, imho.

I also used to be somewhat friends with him, I had a souls channel in 2015 and then deleted it because I was too young for that shit (was in highschool at the time). Dude is one of the most narcissistic people I've ever known, at that point Giant Dad had been dying as a meme and he really thought he was still on top of the world. Any mention of any other popular youtuber at the time would just cause him to sit in silence or act extremely passive aggressive.

These youtuber circles on Discord / Skype were fucking retarded and mostly just a circlejerk, Iron Pineapple's ex-girlfriend was the one who teached him how to do his makeup. I probably wasted a good two years with these people that act like real life celebrities instead of living out my real life.

Also his videos fucking suck and I've never seen someone jack themselves so hard over Dark Souls content, my videos sucked ass too but at least I was 15 at the time.
