I think this was the biggest revelation of the night that blade got his mom kicked out of the retirement housing and is now living in the same dive motel as blade in a different room.

A few times he said sorry mom about this shitty living situation but not that he caused the whole issue by getting litty and getting them kicked out of the old situation.
