The Kiwi Farms was targeted with a historic DDoS attack last week. Confirmed reports of 2.8Tbps on an individual provider, topping 4.8Tbps when known volumes are added together, and possibly up to 8Tbps if the attacker is believed. This is the third of fourth largest recorded.

Maybe, but I'd disagree. I'd bet at least 2, 3, 4 times a week he's sucking back a few shots after a hard day picking up meds from the pharm and wiping his mom's ass or w/e. Not blotto blackout shit, but I'd be shocked if he was stone cold sober Mon-thru-Thurs
Being on call to take care of an elderly person is borderline slave work, not sure if you were serious about this part though. It's something you can really only do for your parents, and that's if they don't fuck up too hard.

I'm not disputing it's hard and unpleasant as fuck, frankly that's part of why I suspect he'd be tilting back the bottle for a few shots after a long day
Oof. Forgot about the site for a bit because of the DDOS, but I'm grateful I just had to catch up reading about a MamaBlade scare and not a post-mortem. Not yet, at least.
Dropping some Jager bombs tonight since Blade is incapacitated, Mama Blade just has to figure it out, person, she's being ridiculous, dood, let's get a firesale goin'
It's more of an extraordinarily retarded interpretation. No rational person would say that the proper way to respond to your mom saying she's gonna fucking Heath Ledger herself with her morphine pills would be TO STEAL HER FUCKING MOBILITY SCOOTER AND GO THROUGH THE DRIVETHROUGH AND ASK FOR 6 TACO TUESDAY FISH TACOS (and it's not even Tuesday). Holy fuck.
It's more of a pre-hospital/ hospital setting thing. I was thinking about the one that's a two parter where you have to screw it together, does it THEN stick it up the nose (or are you talking about that one or do you mean the actual injection ones?) depending on where blade/his mom is and what insurance they have and what is available they might not have easy access to the retard proof one (which is insane, but the retard proof one is a bit more expensive so insurance companies hate it). But still i doubt blade can do the proper dose for it.
True true I completely forgot. I'd be shocked if she doesn't die from this, but yet again cops are giving everyone fucking narcan whether they need it or not. She could also not be NEEDING narcan if (for some reason) her breathing isn't arrested.
I haven't seen the two-parter, personally. I was talking about ones like these:
From my understanding, that version used to be expensive due to a patent that's since expired. These are the types most cops/EMS carry nowadays. All you have to do is open the foil, stick it in their nose, and press the red plunger (it's filled with the actual narcan). When the plunger is pushed, the capsule containing the narcan is pierced with a small needle and then it's shot up the patient's nose. It's identical (aside from the active chemical, of course) to those sumatriptan nasal sprays that are given to people with severe migraines. Some insurances or pharmacy chains give those out for free if you're prescribed any kind of high-dose opioid, especially if the patient is deemed "high-risk" (i.e. they're also prescribed benzodiazepines or muscle relaxers). When a family member of mine had cancer, they gave her two sprays each time she filled her monthly pain medication.
The two-parter you're talking about might allow someone to reload the medication capsule while being able to reuse the actual nasal delivery portion, since so many of the stronger fent variants require multiple doses of narcan.
Before the patent expired, you used to see the injectable form a lot more. It would come in a long dark-brown/amber baggy with a couple syringes and a vial (or two) of liquid narcan. Fill the syringe from the vial and slam it into their thigh or upper arm. They fell out of fashion for several reasons despite being more effective from a pharmacological standpoint: they take longer to administer (taking time to draw up the liquid in the syringe), hygienic-related issues, breaking/bending needles in the patient, using the syringe out of the package for drugs rather than the narcan, just being more intimidating in general, etc. I haven't seen the injectable form outside of hospitals in a long time, so I'm not sure how common they in the general population now.
Thank you for coming to my opioid-related Ted Talk.
Thread tax: I'm glad mamablade's okay. If she really did take all of her morphine, part of me thinks she did it for attention/control. She's stressed out from Brian and from the move and feeling powerless, so in her senile/histrionic/BPD mind, overdosing a little bit would give her back some of that power.
