I think a lot of his lack of academic achievement is behavioral not ability based. With the dick squad stuff, you've got to remember that he is both delusional and has people who are totes real deagle nation members backing him up on this shit and feeding him "intel".

Put simply, Gamerfood is a griefing clan. They found Jace, and some of them griefed him, and another pretended to be friendly to him to "make the trolls go away", telling Jace that the best way to do this would be to apologise to Gamerfood in Arabic - the deep-cover operative suggested that this was due to Gamerfood being a muslim trolling cult.
Jace went on Steam and parroted the apology, which actually turned out to be a declaration of Islamic faith.
This bombshell was dropped on him here:

ever since then (June 2013) Jace has been convinced that Gamerfood is trying to kill him and that he must kill them.

Someone with a vaguely black-sounding voice called Jace and left a voicemail asking for help. Jace asked his reliable contact CIADude420 for help. The brave and mysterious CIA officer provided Jace with intel suggesting that the voice could be that of renowned (and dead) rap star Tupac Shakur.
Jace then jumped to the conclusion that this meant he had to #FUELTHEFIGHT to resuce 2Pac.

- one way plane ticket to Israel $1200
- two weeks hotel by the beach $1400

Okay, lemme just recap here. Jace wants Eli to "infiltrate" some office building in downtown Tel Aviv. Eli won't do it because there's a rent-a-cop at the door. Jace flips out. Eli goes back to playing Runescape.

Please, someone tell me this isn't really happening. There can't be two people in the world this stupid!
