I think you're right. Both are just so amazingly stupid that even if Eli is taking Jace on a :ruse: there will still be tons of drama. Stupidity is sort of unpredictable but I'm hoping for maximum fallout either way.

I showed my girlfriend several videos of Jace and these Israel videos, and explained to her who Jace was and what his pal was supposedly doing in Israel. During every video, she would say "That's not real. He's acting." I didn't know it was an unpopular opinion around here, but many people's first impression is "too stupid to be true." I still think the character, the act, the ideas...it's all brilliant. And it's hilarious. And my thinking it's an act doesn't make me enjoy the stupidity any less. I tried to play along! I just think the whole thing is hilarious.

See.. I want it to be an act. I want Jace to come out and say "gotcha! I fooled all of you! I'm actually a successful porn-site operator and rake in ~$3K a month reposting furry porn for losers. I want that to happen because it becomes a lot less funny to me when I start to realize that I'm laughing at (and causing mental anguish to) a kid with some kind of mental disability.

That is precisely how I feel. I want to believe that he's a Sacha Baron Cohen level acting talent. We've never seen him without shades. He probably looks entirely different when not "made up" in his Tapout-y douche gear and shades with a Monster in his hand. He's probably attending Yale school of Drama right now. Doesn't he live around there? The whole thing could be a project for his MFA.

Is it bad that I have no significant remorse when it comes to gawking at a mentally-ill overgrown teen and his online antics? I really can't say one way or another with any certainty on his authenticity, but regardless it's never bothered me all that much even with the prospect that he may well be just a very disturbed young man. The way I see it, the best laughs I've ever had at this guy's expense are when he makes a fool of himself completely on his own actions. I'm not looking to give this guy any additional grief or harass him, but sure I'll stand by and pull up a chair. Some wrecks are just way too good to not rubberneck a lil' bit.:alog:

I really used to like "Kenny vs Spenny". Yeah, real low-brow humor, but I thought it was fucking hilarious (most of the time anyway). Jace's relationship with Tyce is a [retarded] Kenny vs Spenny-esque relationship (with Tyce in the role of Kenny).

Jace's mom. Jace being in Israel would really have the potential to fuck things up for anyone involved with him in the last 6 months. Anything happened to Jace then people will wonder how a schizophrenic man managed to even get that far with his plan. His online footprint will be followed up, the media will see how people online had quite a bit of influence over him, and next thing you know they'll be claiming that online bullies talked Jace into flying to Israel just to get killed. Gail and Rob would suffer as they get questions like "How did you let this happen? Why didn't you monitor him?".

Eli and Tyce are morons for the most part but they don't have the delusion of being the embodiment of all things American, they don't feel the need to prove themselves to the world, they're.. well, they're just more blatantly self-serving. Jace cares about fame, having people want to be his fans and friends. Tyce and Eli just want pot, money, and video games. Jace has those things.

You're not alone. I watch Jace like I watch Chris. Both of them are unstoppable forces of nature and I'm just here to watch them earn their SSDI checks. I don't troll or interact with them in any way. I'm just here to laugh at their expense and then laugh again when they do the same thing the next day.

So suffer and burn you magnificent lolcows. Collect those SSDI payments and make your horrible lives public. Let your egos run rampant and your mental illness run wild so that the rest of us here can be friends at your expense.

At least in reality, if when Eli gets killed, the "cyber bullies" will get way less backlash then the "White, Racist, Gun Nut who manipulated his friend to his torture and death".
